Orders are not typically processed on weekends or major holidays.

Some large, oversized, or heavy items may require special handling or freight shipping. If an order requires additional shipping coordination, we may contact you before the order ships.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on carrier service, destination, and item availability. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Verity Tools is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, household members, your local carrier, or building management first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
